Cary Blake

Born in Philadelphia, PA., Cary Blake graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Criminal Justice. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in 2001 where he was elected Senator to the Student Bar Association.

Cary's primary practice is immigration law. He handles a wide variety of services from employment and family-based immigration to representation of individuals in removal proceedings. He represents individuals, including professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, entertainers and athletes seeking either temporary or permanent residence. Cary has been particularly successful representing individuals seeking political asylum and defending legal permanent residents (green card holders) and other non-citizens before the Immigration Court.

Cary is also a certified by the Florida Supreme Court to conduct Circuit Civil and Family mediations. He has mediated a wide range of disputes, including but not limited to, Divorce, Child Custody, Personal Injury, Contract and Foreclosure mediations. Cary is also a contract Mediator with the 17th Judicial Circuit, Family Division in Broward County.

Cary is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District of New Jersey.
